ROBOT HOUSE WINS AGAIN
RADIO SPOT ON KUOW 94.9FM

"A gallon of gas costs about $4.35 in Seattle right now. That's a lot of money. But the high cost doesn't seem as bad when you find yourself in the middle of a gas riot. That's what happened to Seattleite Travis Arket about a month ago while he competed in the Rickshaw Run. It's a thousand mile race of three-wheeled motorized rickshaws. The course runs through Nepal and India. We spoke with Travis back in May before he left for the Rickshaw Run. And he expected to encounter some danger and difficulty. But he was totally unprepared for just how hard the race would be."

TRAVIS AT THE TERMINAL PARTY
THATS RIGHT, I WAS THERE ... AND WE RAISED LOTS OF MONEY

If you were busy and didn't come down to the Fisherman's Terminal last Sunday, then you missed out! I was there, along with a host of other noteables from the industry. We had a couple thousand people show up and the entire event was a huge success! Myself and the boat (FV North American) auctioned off some things for charity; all together we raised over $10,000 dollars! We had a ton of fun, I went on live radio for a bit and had a blast talking with everyone.

TRAVIS CO-HOSTING THE RADIO WAVES
CO-HOSTING FOR THE HOUR WITH MARK CHRISTOPHER

Myself and Sten (captain of the North American) spent about two hours creating a historic moment down at the KBSG 97.3FM studio. For the first time ever on that station we co-hosted the 1-2pm hour block and auctioned off a ticket for two to come party it up with us on our boat (Discovery Channel's Deadliest Catch - F/V North American) for Seafair! This once in a life time chance was auctioned off live last friday and went for an astonishing price of $2,250!

I BOUGHT ANOTHER RIDE
SPECIAL THANKS GOES TO TYSON JONES FOR BUILDING THIS THING

I was lucky enough to pick up a new ride from a good guy. Hand built by some of the finest, I brought home a sweet targa style corvette, complete with all the goodies and pushing a heart pounding 600 horse-power! This white trash dream machine is pretty rockin'! Travis is Everett-Man to the max now... WHOOOWEEE! I just need myself a sweet construction job now!

VIP TREATMENT WITH CHROMEO
CAPTIAL HILL BLOCK PARTY AND A ROCKIN' SET BY CHROMEO

Some of you may know Chromeo, some of you may not. For those who don't, you're totally missing out. Jessica, Matt (MTK) and myself all headed down to the Capital Hill Block Party. For those who don't know, its just a big party with a few clubs, a few outside beer gardens, an outside main stage and a ton of people.

After skipping through the half-mile long line and obtaining our free VIP passes, we proceeded on to the main stage where we were just in time to chat it up with P-Thug before they went on stage to perform an awesome set! After that I managed to put in motion a sponsorship with monster energy drinks and make some other sweet contacts. While we were there we ran into some good old friends from way, way back... So we formed like voltron and hit the b-boy stance.
